It is time to start lending my voice to the situation in my beloved country, Nigeria. The more we remain silent, the worse things become.
Silence in the face of injustice only encourages its growth.
I stand with anyone who is genuinely committed to moving Nigeria forward and restoring its place of honour among the nations of the world regardless of their tribe, ethnicity, or religion.
Our nation's progress must always come before our differences.
It is disheartening to remember how Nigerians have at times faced hostility and expulsions in South Africa, despite the significant support Nigeria gave to the anti-apartheid struggle.
History should remind us of the value of national unity, dignity, and self-respect.
My loyalty is not to any political party, tribe, or religion.
My loyalty is to a greater, stronger, and more prosperous Nigeria.
*"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good people to do nothing." Commonly attributed to
Edmund Burke.
*"A house divided against itself can not stand."*
Abraham Lincoln.
*"Ask not what your country can do for you ask what you can do for your country."
John F. Kennedy.
A better Nigeria is possible, but only if we choose unity over division, courage over silence, and national interest over personal gain.
Start thinking of voting for a competent participant with integrity not cause of a bowl of rice.
