If ICPC Wants Nigerians to Believe It Is Fighting Corruption, It Must Arrest All Suspects

It should not be inviting some suspects while arresting others. You should not be treating other suspects as if they are above the law. They are not. They should be arrested like the principal suspect, pending when the investigation will exonerate them.
