I recently explored three small business datasets to understand how analytics can support better decisions across sales, customer growth, and demographic planning.

The goal wasn't simply to build dashboards.
It was to answer the same question every project manager eventually faces:
"What decisions should we make next?"

Some interesting patterns emerged:
-Lead volume did not always translate into successful deals.

-Customer acquisition appeared to follow seasonal patterns, creating opportunities for better campaign timing.

-Data quality issues and demographic outliers highlighted how important clean, reliable data is for decision-making.

To communicate these findings effectively, I built dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Looker Studio to support data exploration and stakeholder-friendly reporting.

As someone positioning myself at the intersection of project delivery and analytics, these projects reinforced an important lesson:
Good and successful project management need more than timelines and status reports, they need evidence-based decision-making.

That's the space I enjoy working in: combining structure, execution, and data to help teams make better decisions.
