It is fine for the court of coordinate jurisdiction to have conflicting judgement which is becoming a persistent crisis in the Nigeria court and the appellate court resolves them. So, the executive is wading on the same step (Presidency said account was opened, AGF said there was an attempt, CBN said otherwise). Let's keep having conflicting report about the self-styled DG of a fake agency. Question is, who will resolve this with accuracy and transparency no matter whose ox will be gored?
