*LITTLE THINGS THAT MATTER*

1. You might be wiser than who is advising you, still listen.

2. You might be stronger than who is leading you, still follow.

3. You might be older than who is teaching you, still learn.

4. You might be more experienced than who is guiding you, still pay attention.

5. You might be richer than who is correcting you, still be humble.

6. You might be busier than who is calling you, still respond.

7. You might be more educated than who is speaking, still listen.

8. You might be more successful than who is advising you, still consider the words.

9. You might be more popular than who is mentoring you, still submit.

10. You might be more spiritual than who is praying for you, still say Amen.

11. You might be more disciplined than who is correcting you, still accept it.

12. You might be more skilled than who is instructing you, still obey.

13. You might be more aware than who is warning you, still be cautious.

14. You might be more advanced than who is teaching you, still take notes.

Humility is not about thinking less of yourself, rather
it’s about knowing your worth and still choose to learn.
