Good morning Lekeelekee family. Can someone please clarify to me why we need so many disfunctional, yet funded govt. departments. What job specification has to be carried out by such departments?. For example, what are the duties of National commission for mass literacy? Does the country have to set a separate budget for NCML, separate from education department budget? We can't keep creating room for avarice, we need to encourage frugality, to save the next generation of Nigerians. What do you think family?
