ποΈ Football Mourns the Passing of Kevin Keegan at 75
The football world is in mourning following the death of Kevin Keegan OBE, who has passed away at the age of 75.
Keegan was one of English footballβs most iconic figures. As a player, he enjoyed a glittering career, winning numerous domestic and international honours while earning global recognition for his skill, passion, and leadership. He was also a two-time Ballon dβOr winner, cementing his place among the greatest footballers of his generation.
After hanging up his boots, Keegan made his mark in management, taking charge of Newcastle United, Fulham, Manchester City, and the England menβs national team. His attacking style of football and charismatic personality made him a fan favourite wherever he worked.
The Premier League described Keegan as a much-loved and highly respected figure whose contribution to English football will never be forgotten.
Our heartfelt condolences go to his family, friends, former teammates, players, and the many clubs and supporters whose lives he touched throughout an extraordinary career.
