BREAKING: The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) says its members have temporarily suspended the loading of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol, from the Dangote Refinery following the refinery’s halt in petrol loading operations which intends to sell in dollars at the gantry.
