#whatstrendingwithojyokpe Judges deserve decent welfare, including housing where provided by law. But in a constitutional democracy, good intentions cannot replace legal authority. If the judges' housing scheme complies with the Constitution and relevant laws, it should continue. If it does not, it should be corrected through lawful processes. The rule of law requires that everyone, including the government and the judiciary, operate within the law.
