BREAKING: Authorities are continuing to investigate the sudden death of Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Jayden Adams.

The 25-year-old South Africa international was found at his home shortly after returning from the World Cup. Reports claim he had been dealing with intense media attention and the recent loss of his grandmother, while an argument with his partner allegedly took place the night before his death.

Adams contacted his father the following morning and said: “Dad, I can’t take it anymore.”

The exact cause of death has not yet been confirmed, with the official investigation still ongoing.
