The.current ding dong affair between the United States of America and Iran epitomises the level of diplomatic hypocrisy in international law. The rich and mighty are always right, and the weak and poorer nations are always the villains. Reactionary attacks are rightfully condemned, but hypocritically devoid of a corresponding condemnation of the originator or aggressor.
