Sometimes, we make life harder than it needs to be because we think we must have every answer.
You plan, calculate and try to control every possible outcome. That is not wrong but there comes a point where intelligence alone is not enough.
Let God be the foundation of what you are building. Do your part, make wise decisions and trust Him with what you cannot control.
The problem starts when you become so confident in your own understanding that you leave no room for faith. Before long, simple decisions become heavy because you are carrying everything by yourself.
Faith does not mean you stop thinking.
It means you stop acting as though everything depends on you.
Key lessons you must takeaway from this post:
1/ Make your plans but keep God at the centre.
2/Use your intelligence without making it your only source of confidence.
3/Do what you can and trust God with what is beyond you.
4/Some burdens become lighter when you stop trying to control every outcome.
What is one situation where faith helped you see things more clearly?
