Uganda’s dance group, Triplets Ghetto Kids, has arrived in New York ahead of a historic performance at the first ever FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show.

The talented children will share the global stage with international superstar Shakira and Burna boy at MetLife Stadium on Sunday, July 19, 2026.

The group earned the invitation after sending a choreography video to Shakira’s team featuring their performance of her World Cup anthem, “Dai Dai.”
