Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface made an instant impact, coming off the bench to score two quick goals as Bayer Leverkusen demolished Sportfreunde Baumberg 7-0 in their opening pre-season friendly.

The brace marks a promising return for Boniface after recovering from knee surgery and coming back from his loan spell at Werder Bremen, giving fans plenty of reasons to be optimistic ahead of the new campaign.
