Let’s have some discussion on “Tidying up Duties”

What "Tidying Up Duties" Really Means
It’s not just cleaning. It’s any small, unassigned, unglamorous task that keeps a place/work running well:

• Physical tidying: Picking trash, arranging chairs, refilling water, wiping tables, organizing files

• Digital tidying: Closing tabs, naming files properly, updating sheets, deleting junk emails

• Process tidying: Following up, closing loops, reporting issues, fixing small errors before they become big

• People tidying: Encouraging others, correcting with respect, covering for a teammate without being asked

Why It Matters When NO ONE Is Monitoring

For You:
1. Character is built in private - Who you are when no one is watching is who you truly are

2. Skill growth - You learn initiative, problem-solving, and attention to detail

3. Peace of mind - You don’t live in fear of "what if my boss finds out"

4. Trust - Leaders eventually notice. They promote people they can trust with little.
Do it once and get it right.

Onyeka Ka chi: dealing with a conflict about chores, or you can't create a fair schedule to be part of your life, one need to work on there self before accepting any sort of work/union or even relationship, using mind to do something first before putting action is a main set back in “Tidying up Duties”
Gladden Ngozi: Absolutely. Character isn't measured by what we do for applause but by what we do because it's the right thing to do. The unseen acts of diligence often speak the loudest.
