Your Excellency President Tinubu, opposition parties, independent candidates, courts, efcc 240 million Nigerians are writing to express a series of concerns shared by many Nigerians regarding foreign involvement in our democratic processes and the broader direction of national governance. These points reflect the perspective of Nigerians who believe Nigeria must strengthen its sovereignty, rebuild public trust, and address long-standing issues affecting our nation.

Respectfully first, 240 million Nigerians do not want the United Kingdom to interfere in our democratic elections. Given recent controversies surrounding the UK government, including the resignation of its Prime Minister over corruption allegations, a significant number of Nigerians no longer trust the UK’s democratic process. Instead, we prefer that international interest in Nigeria’s elections come from a broader and more diverse group of partners such as the United States, the European Union, and other nations across the world.

Nigerians have also raised questions about funds allocated to INEC for real-time election transmission. 240 million Nigerians are demanding for transparency regarding how these funds were used and why real-time transmission was not fully implemented. There is a strong demand to abolish manual vote counting and adopt modern, technology-driven systems that ensure transparency and credibility.

Additionally, Nigerians are demanding for nationwide improvements in infrastructure to support secure and transparent elections. This includes free electricity, free Wi-Fi or mobile data, and the deployment of drones and CCTV cameras across all 36 states and 774 local government areas.

Beyond elections, Nigerians are demanding the government to prioritize job creation, invest heavily in agriculture to achieve food sufficiency, and address the root causes of insecurity, including boko haram. Nigerians are also demanding for the safe return of all kidnapped Nigerians since 1999.

There is a strong demand for free education up to the PhD level, free housing, and new hospitals across all states and local government areas. 240 million Nigerians reject temporary relief measures such as food handouts and instead want long-term structural reforms.

Furthermore, many Nigerians want the NYSC, DSS, and JAMB systems to be abolished, and we are demanding for comprehensive police reform. There is also a demand for the recovery and redirection of all stolen public funds toward building free homes, investing in agriculture, and improving healthcare and education in the 36 states 774 LGA

Finally, Nigerians have expressed deep distrust in past and present governments, courts, anti-corruption agencies, opposition parties, and independent candidates. Nigerians demand all stolen money returned and invested directly into national development in the 36 states 774 LGA

These concerns are shared with respect for your office President Tinubu, and we demand that your administration will take decisive action to address them. Nigerians want a nation that is secure, prosperous, transparent, and governed in the best interest of all 240 million Nigerians
