#14 and #15 Introducing food from around the world

On the first picture is Blinchiki. A beloved comfort food in Georgia, blinchiki are thin pancakes filled with sweet or savory ingredients like cheese, mush rooms, meat, or jam. It is originally from the Eastern Salvic culinary tradition. But, they became a staple in Georgian homes, where local ingredients and flavors game them a unique twist.

On the second picture is Kartofili Shatavari with two versions of Khilkhali (I have already made a post about them :D ). Kartofili Shatavari is a flavorful Georgian dish made with tender potatoes, green beans, onions, garlic, and fresh herbs.
