INEC Guidelines: There Was No Conflicting Court Of Appeal Judgment, Only The Youth Party Appeal Was Decided - Ojo

I am not aware of any conflicting judgments by the Court of Appeal. The only judgment I am aware of was delivered on Monday. It was the lead judgment prepared by Honourable Justice Adebukola Banjoko and read on her behalf by Honourable Justice Okon Abang. The judgment resolved the appeal filed by INEC against the decision of Honourable Justice Mohammed Garba Umar of the Federal High Court, Abuja, in the case instituted by the Youth Party.
