Know Your Rights as a Nigerian Citizen 🇳🇬

Many Nigerians don't realize that the Constitution gives citizens the right to hold government accountable. If your constitutional rights are violated, or a public authority acts unlawfully or fails to carry out a legal duty, you can challenge those actions in court. Citizens can also support or bring public interest cases that seek transparency, accountability, and justice.

However, accountability is not only the government's responsibility it is also ours. We must vote wisely, reject corruption, obey the law, speak out peacefully, and demand better governance. A stronger Nigeria will be built not only by good leaders but also by informed and active citizens who know their rights and responsibilities.

An informed citizen is the strongest defender of democracy. 🇳🇬
