NIGHT AND DAY
The Light shines from above.
Every creature including the dove,
Moves around to find greener pastures.

The light guides us.
It shines on our sorrows,
And eliminates all our problems.

We rely on the daylight,
Without it–
Our lives will be darkened as night.

A moment comes,
When all work ends,
And men rely on themselves.

Yet, they stumble.
Why?
Because the Light had gone.

Moving in the dark–
Is like walking in circles.
Holding on to the shadows.

Then comes the Light,
Which drives away our shadows,
Giving us an opportunity to see.

"Daylight" symbolizes the knowledge of God's will and reliance on His guidance. "Night" is the absence of His knowledge combined with self reliance.
