The CAC has opened a ninety-day compliance window before removing 100,000 mostly dormant companies from the register. Proshare’s read of the published Batch 6 list shows a single cohort registered between 2006 and 2008, each carrying ten unbroken years of unfiled annual returns, alongside data-integrity gaps the market should note. A searchable database accompanies this report.

Proshare has therefore documented the actual 100,000 names for governance review and provided a searchable database that allows any user to confirm whether a company is on the schedule and enables the market to test the integrity of the list itself.
