This latest twist in the late Mary Habila's death could set a very dangerous precedent if it's allowed to stand.

It means anyone who kills a family member for whatsoever reason can simply rush to court to swear to an affidavit barring the police from carrying out autopsy and further investigation of the matter. Case closed 🔒.

I pray and hope we're not sinking into a hole we may not be able to come out with ease.
