Watching my wife and daughter grow have changed the way I think about women. They have opened my eyes to experiences I will never personally go through, yet experiences I have learned to appreciate with greater understanding andcompassion. One lesson stands out above all: women deserve empathy, respect, and kindness.

As men, we may never fully grasp what a woman experiences during her menstrual cycle. Yet, we have a choice—to respond with understanding rather than judgment.
