STOP YOURSELF TO BECOME YOURSELF

Matthew 16:24 KJV
[24] Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

The truth about life is that every man on earth has two personalities. This happened since the fall of man in the garden of Eden. This fact is a secret that is not commonly and consciously understood but has a very high significant power to make a man become an average person. Man was created with the capacity to function as God by the glory that was on him.
Romans 3:23 KJV
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.
Immediately he sinned, the glory departed and he saw himself naked and ashamed for the first time thereby sowing fig leaves to cover the shame.
Genesis 3:7 KJV
And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.
This is the same person that was created naked without shame.
Genesis 2:25 KJV
And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
It means nakedness was not a challenge when the glory was a covering but became a problem when sin entered. So, there is the original man that lived in glory and the inferior man that started living with shame. This is the reason why Jesus said in the text that any man that will follow Him into the new life, will have to deny himself, which is the inferior that that devil made to sin and follow Him into the new life that is original. Until you are tired with that life that is conditioned to fail and come into the new life of sonship to God, you cannot reign in life. You have to stop that life from making sense to you or giving you instructions on how to live and embrace the new life that was patterned by Jesus. This is what made Paul exceptional in his time as he denied himself and lived in Christ.
Galatians 2:20 KJV I
am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. He dropped the old life for the new life in order to enjoy the originality of life on earth. You can have a new and peculiar life on earth if you can stop your inferior self (flesh) and live out your original or spiritual life (son of God). I pray your inferior self will not deny you from your original self in Jesus name.
