Nigeria’s system of government and public administration has become totally dysfunctional, unable to deliver stability, accountability, or effective governance. The core of the problem lies in the country’s constitutional structure, which is outdated, unbalanced, and urgently in need of comprehensive restructuring and amendment. In practice, Nigeria is operating without a truly functional constitution; what exists today is a framework manipulated by powerful interests, enforced by political puppets who serve the executive rather than the Nigerian people. Until the constitutional foundation is rebuilt, meaningful governance will remain impossible.
