"Hospitals Don't Make You Healthy"
Most people believe hospitals are where health begins.
I disagree.
Hospitals are where health is repaired after it's already broken.
The real work happens in your kitchen, your bedroom, your shoes, your stress levels, and your daily habits.
Millions spend fortunes on treatment but almost nothing on prevention.
Imagine if people invested in vegetables, exercise, regular checkups, sleep, and mental health the same way they invest in smartphones.
Would hospitals become less crowded?
Or is modern healthcare designed to treat illness instead of preventing it?
