Your Youth Is Renewed Like the Eagle's

The eagle is one of nature's most remarkable studies in renewal. Unlike many birds, the eagle undergoes moulting: shedding old, weakened feathers and growing powerful new ones. What looks like deterioration from the outside is actually preparation for a new phase of flight. God uses this image deliberately: spiritual renewal can look like stripping before it looks like soaring.

God does not merely refurbish your capacity; He fills you with good things first. The "good things" are His Word, His promises, His presence, the nutrition of the soul that makes the eagle's renewal not just possible but inevitable.

You may be in a moulting season right now, a phase where old things are falling away, where you feel exposed and vulnerable, where the familiar has been stripped. Do not despise this season. It is the eagle's prelude to fresh flight. The stripping is not the end of your story; it is the preparation for the next chapter. Press through the moulting into the mounting that follows.

PRAYER:
Gracious Heavenly Father, satisfy me with Your good things and renew my strength as only You can. Let the stripping of old limitations prepare me for new levels of flight in Your purpose. In Jesus' name!
