BREAKING: The Appeal Court has restricted INEC from recognizing the ADC congresses conducted by the Senator David Mark-led leadership.

The court upheld the earlier ruling of the High Court stopping David Mark's leadership from conducting state congresses.

This means that the congresses conducted under the Mark-led caretaker committee remains null and void, having been carried out in violation of a subsisting court order.

This ruling threatens the candidacy of Atiku Abubakar and other flagbearers of the ADC from the David Mark side, as their primaries are now invalid.
