Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Remi Tinubu, has urged music stars Burna Boy, Davido and Asake to do more to support Nigerians living in poverty.

Speaking at the launch of the National Community Food Bank Programme in Lokoja, Kogi State, she called on the entertainers to establish charitable foundations and use their wealth to assist vulnerable Nigerians, noting that the government cannot shoulder the burden alone.

“The Burna Boys of this world, Asake, Davido—we want to see you with one foundation or the other, helping the poor with your money. The burden on the government is huge. You can still help,” she said.
