He Restores My Soul

David wrote this from experience: he had been depleted, disoriented, and desperate, and God had found him and brought him back. Restoration is God's speciality.

If this quarter finds you soul-weary; if the accumulated weight of pressing forward has left you hollow, come to the Shepherd today. Not in shame, but in trust. He is not impatient with your depletion. He is your Restorer. Let Him bring your soul back to wholeness before you press into the next leg of the race. The Shepherd does not drive tired sheep; He restores them first.

PRAYER:
Gracious Heavenly Father, Shepherd of my soul, restore what has been depleted in me. Bring me back to wholeness. Then lead me forward in paths that honour Your name, so that my pressing forward brings glory to You. In Jesus' name!

DECLARATION:
I DECLARE that the Lord restores my soul! I am not permanently depleted; I am being restored, and I will press forward on paths of righteousness under the Shepherd's leadership!
