ACJA 2026 Bill: I Fully Support The President's Justice Reforms - Ikani

The ACJA has been in existence for 11 years, giving us enough time to identify the areas that need improvement. I commend the President for extending his reform agenda to the judiciary and the administration of criminal justice. Aligning our justice system with international best practices is essential to attracting investors, who consider the credibility of a country's legal system before investing.
