LOOK AT THE NUMBERS:

0.82 minutes of electricity interruption per customer per year means the average customer experiences less than one minute of power outage in an entire year. That's 99.99% electricity reliability.

Only 2% electricity loss means almost all the electricity generated actually reaches homes and businesses instead of disappearing through inefficient transmission and distribution.

4.4% water loss means very little treated water is wasted through leaks before it reaches consumers.

These are not projects. They are performance outcomes of a functioning system.
Projects create assets. Systems create value.
Projects win elections. Systems build nations.

Development should no longer be measured by how many roads, bridges, or buildings politicians commission. It should be measured by how efficiently institutions deliver electricity, water, healthcare, education, security, transportation, and justice every single day.

Commissioning projects, by itself, should no longer be the benchmark for governance performance. The real benchmark is whether those projects are integrated into systems that consistently improve the quality of life for citizens
