PUBLIC CAUTION AND FINAL WARNING TO THOSE PARADING THEMSELVES AS NDC UDI LGA CHAIRMAN.

Enough is Enough.

The office of the duly elected NDC Udi LGA Chairman, Hon. Chisom Abraham Elisha is not vacant, not negotiable, and not for impersonation. A good leader must be protected, and we will no longer keep silent or pretend we do not know those backing this criminal charade.

Let it be clear to all:

There is freedom of association under Section 40 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as amended) - Every person shall be entitled to assemble freely and associate with other persons, and in particular he may form or belong to any political party.

But freedom of gathering is NOT freedom to impersonate.

Freedom of association does not give anyone the licence to parade himself as NDC Udi LGA Chairman, convene fake LGA meetings, and make videos claiming an office he was never elected to. That is a different crime entirely.

Parading yourself as Chairman is IMPERSONATION, a serious felony under the laws of Nigeria.

Chapter 46, Section 484 of the Criminal Code Act provides: Any person who, with intent to defraud any person, falsely represents himself to be some other person, living or dead, is guilty of a felony and is liable to imprisonment for three years.

To that non-existent and non-recognized so-called LGA Chairman from Abor who hosted that illegal meeting, and those making and circulating videos of it, be smart and have integrity enough to know the consequences. You cannot force yourself on the people. If you want relevance, call your gathering what it is - a support group meeting. Stop impersonating a constituted party office.

And to those backing and funding them behind the scenes - we know you. You want to plant APC placeholders inside our anointed Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) to destroy us from within. What happened in 2023 will NOT happen in 2027. We are desperate to see Nigeria work for all of us.

As our Principal always says, it is because our people do not take people to court that many abnormal things now seem normal.

This is my advice in good faith. If this impersonation happens again, I will personally take it up legally. We will invoke the full weight of the Criminal Code on impersonation, false assumption of authority, and the Cybercrimes Act 2015 for circulating false publications. Be ready to dance to the music in court.

Hon. Chisom Abraham Elisha remains the ONLY duly elected, recognized, and legitimate NDC Chairman of Udi LGA.

Let this be the last warning in love and in law.

NDC Udi LGA is secured. No impostors. No APC placeholders.
