The only corruption or criminal allegation that Fetus Keyamo and APC loyalists appear to have against Peter Obi is an alleged wrongful parking incident at Abuja Airport—a matter that reportedly did not even exceed the airport’s permitted drop-off time. More importantly, Peter Obi was not even the person who allegedly committed the parking violation.

Instead of focusing on issues that truly affect Nigerians, some politicians seem more interested in political witch-hunts than in governance. Such tactics will not erase Peter Obi’s reputation in the eyes of the many Nigerians who admire his leadership and integrity.

In my opinion, Peter Obi remains one of the most disciplined, prudent, and accountable politicians in Nigeria today. Rather than engaging in smear campaigns, political leaders should prioritize addressing the country’s economic challenges, insecurity, unemployment, and the welfare of the Nigerian people.
