Our music is scaling.
Our movies are scaling.
Our churches are scaling.
Our entrepreneurs are scaling.

Yet our country is failing.

Why are Nigerians able to build globally competitive institutions as individuals, but collectively struggle to build effective public institutions?

Perhaps the issue isn't talent.

Perhaps it isn't ambition.

Perhaps it is that the systems governing 230+ million people have not evolved at the same pace as the people operating within them.

The real challenge for the next generation may not be creating another global Afrobeats star or another billion-dollar startup.

It may be learning how to build institutions that scale with the same consistency as our culture.

Because a nation cannot sustainably export excellence while importing dysfunction at home.
