Your Excellency President Tinubu and Esteemed Governors of the 36 States, Opposition parties, independent candidates 240 million Nigerians are writing to express a clear and urgent concern shared by millions of Nigerians across all 36 states and 774 local government areas. 240 million Nigerians demand free, functional hospitals with uninterrupted electricity, free WiFi/data, and modern medical equipment. Appointments and political titles will not build hospitals. What will build hospitals is investment in Nigerian doctors, nurses, and health workers who already live and work in Nigeria in the 36 states 774 LGA

Nigeria has thousands of qualified medical professionals who are dedicated, skilled, and capable. They deserve good salaries, stable working conditions, and the resources required to serve the public effectively. Instead of relying heavily on diaspora appointments, we should prioritize hiring and empowering Nigerian doctors and nurses at home in Nigerian with all due respect sirs/madams

While global partnerships with the USA, EU, and 195 countries can support research, training, and HIV treatment strategies, the core workforce must be Nigerian residing in Nigeria. Our healthcare system will only become strong when those who live here are properly supported, equipped, and compensated.

We therefore demand:

Free hospitals across all 36 states and 774 LGAs

Free electricity and free WiFi/data in all healthcare facilities

Hiring and fair salaries for Nigerian doctors, nurses, and health workers

Partnerships with international bodies strictly for technical support, training, and disease research—not replacements for Nigerian professionals

Nigeria has the talent. Nigeria has the workforce. Nigeria has the potential. What we need now is leadership that invests directly in our people and builds a healthcare system that serves everyone.
