THE CRISIS: Total failure of constituency duties leads to severe drainage blockage.
​While elected representatives fail to execute basic constituency activities and maintain critical infrastructure, ordinary citizens have been forced to step in. In a heartbreaking yet resilient display of community survival, residents are currently using their bare hands to clear debris and manually channel the flow of stagnant water at the Channel 5 Canal.
