I heard about the geo-political zoning bill which is about to be passed, which talks about what ever each zone generate they will be given 50% of it to take care of their zones while the 50% goes to the Federal Government. I think this is fine because from my findings, the Northern part generates little and takes much back from the government while southern parts generates more and still not given as much as that of Northern part
