🚨 FROM ACADEMY STAR TO PREMIER LEAGUE DREAM! 🇳🇬🐝

A big milestone for Nigerian defender Benjamin Fredrick as Brentford have officially promoted him to their first-team squad after an impressive rise through the club’s academy.

The 21-year-old has also committed his future to the Bees by signing a new contract that runs until 2030 (including the club’s option for an extra year).

After putting pen to paper, Fredrick made his ambitions clear:

“My goal is to make my first-team debut, earn Premier League minutes, and give everything whenever I’m called upon.”

This is another encouraging step for Nigerian football, with yet another young talent edging closer to showcasing his abilities on one of the biggest stages in world football.
