The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has directed all registrars, brokers, dealers, fund managers, and other relevant capital market operators to submit their second-quarter 2026 Ownership Structure and Capital Flows Returns, restating that the filing is a continuous quarterly obligation and fixing Friday, 10 July 2026 as the submission deadline.
