Respectfully the truth must be told to the Nigerian govt Nigeria cannot “replace MTN overnight” or hire 240 million Nigerians immediately — no telecom company on earth can employ an entire national population. But Nigeria can build a Nigerian‑owned telecom ecosystem if President Tinubu is serious no lies no slogans that gradually reduces dependence on MTN and creates 240 million of jobs for Nigerian youths and graduates now 7/10/206 not in 2027 we are tired of waiting. The realistic pathway is sector restructuring, MVNO expansion, reviving indigenous operators like ntel, and building a digital‑skills workforce.

Ntel, Nigeria’s indigenous telecom company, is already preparing a 2026 comeback with government support, fresh funding, and a youth‑focused digital strategy. We demand to know when 240 million Nigerian youths and graduates will be hired now no lies no slogans .We reject wasteful online application/interviews we only need valid Nigerian ID/valid passport

Nigeria can replace MTN only by building a Nigerian‑owned telecom ecosystem powered by:

Indigenous operators (like ntel) using MVNO models

Government-backed infrastructure

Massive digital-skills training

Local manufacturing of telecom hardware

Public–private partnerships

This approach can create 240 million of jobs for Nigerian youths and graduates in the 36 states 774 LGA if Nigerian govt are serious
