This evening I ran into a middle aged man in Ikeja who slumped and blood gushing out of his nose and was lying down almost lifeless. So I made a call to emergency number 112. The responder asked with an obviously unwilling voice, what is the emergency? I explained to him. The funny thing is that the moment I confirmed to him that it was not an accident, he ended the call. Doesn't this amount to an emergency? I want to be educated please
