VeryDarkMan Shares Allegation by Nepalese Man Who Claims He Was Scammed ₦1.6 Billion
According to VeryDarkMan, a man from Nepal approached him claiming he was defrauded of ₦1.6 billion in a business deal in Nigeria.
VeryDarkMan said the man told him he believed the transaction was legitimate because several meetings allegedly took place inside a conference room at the Nigerian Police Force Headquarters. The man further claimed that, during one of the meetings, a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) allegedly assured him that the individual receiving the money was a legitimate businessman and that it was safe to proceed with the deal.
The Nepalese man reportedly said that seeing uniformed police officers inside the Force Headquarters gave him confidence in the transaction, leaving him with no reason to question its legitimacy. Based on those assurances, he claimed he went ahead with the payment, which he now alleges resulted in a loss of ₦1.6 billion.
These are allegations shared by VeryDarkMan and have not been independently verified.
