Your Excellency Esteemed Mr. Peter Obi, 240 million Nigerians are
writing to you as a deeply frustrated Nigerian who is tired of watching our country suffer while leaders trade interviews, court cases, and political statements instead of solving the root problems destroying our communities.

First, let us be clear no government—past or present—has the right or the power to silence you sir or any of the 240 million Nigerians for exercising freedom of speech. Nigerians have survived military rule, terrorism, corruption, and decades of failed leadership. We will not be intimidated, and you should not speak as though President Tinubu or anyone else can silence you for speaking out. Nigerians reject that fear.

However, sir, respectfully we have asked you repeatedly to work with the governors in all 36 states and the 774 local government areas to address the root causes of boko haram and nationwide insecurity. You do not need to be president to do this. You do not need a court case to do this. You do not need a TV interview to do this. You simply need to act.

The USA, EU, and over 195 countries have been watching Nigeria’s governments—past and present—along with the courts and the EFCC. No country/leaders are perfect Nigerian govt can do the needful and do better. Nigerians are demanding for leaders to do the needful. Yet boko haram continues, kidnappings continue, and our children have been missing for two months and, in many cases, since 1999.

Sir, with respect, you are not doing anything meaningful with President Tinubu or with the governors to bring our children home. Instead, we see endless interviews and endless court battles that do not save Nigerian lives, do not secure schools, and do not stop kidnappers.

Respectfully if you are serious about helping Nigeria, then work with the governors. Work with the LGAs. Work with the security agencies. Work with the communities. You do not need the presidency to do this.

But if you are not ready to do this, then we ask you respectfully to step aside and stop distracting Nigerians. We are fighting for our children, our safety, and our future. We cannot afford more noise without action.

Nigeria needs leaders who will act now 7/8/2026, not leaders who will only speak lies/slogans this is a humble request
