The cruel irony nobody talks about:

Countries sitting on oceans of oil, rivers of hydro potential, fields of sunlight still can't keep the lights on.

Because resources don't generate electricity. Systems do.

No grid? No technicians? No institutions that outlast corruption? Your natural wealth is just a taunt.

The fuel isn't the power. The system is.

We've watched it for decades. Massive coal reserves, importing electricity. Endless sun, running diesel generators. Rivers that could spin turbines forever, and candles after dark.

It's not a technology problem. It's a systems problem.

You can build all the wind farms you want. Without the connective tissue the grid, the contracts, the maintenance culture, the political stability you've built a sculpture, not a power source.

Energy poverty isn't solved by finding more resources.

It's solved by building what actually turns potential into power.
