A question was raised about a reported ₦1.3 billion budget allocation.

Some lawmakers wanted the matter discussed in the Senate.
However, the Senate decided not to debate it during plenary, saying the issue was already being handled by the appropriate authorities.

This decision has sparked different opinions. Some people believe it was the right step, while others think a public debate would have helped answer more questions.
