1. Business Segment Manager – Fishing
Salary: ₦1,800,000 – ₦2,100,000/month net
Lead the strategic, operational, and commercial performance of the Fishing Business Segment. You will be responsible for driving profitability, business growth, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and HSE compliance while managing large-scale fishing operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA or Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in Fishing/Well Intervention Services.
• Strong P&L management, leadership, commercial, and client relationship management skills.

2. Operations Coordinator – Fishing
Salary: ₦1,200,000 – ₦1,300,000/month net
Provide technical leadership and coordinate fishing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. The role includes operational planning, equipment readiness, technical support, personnel coordination, and mentoring of Fishing Supervisors.
Requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' hands-on experience in Well Intervention and Fishing Operations.
• Extensive experience in Fishing, Re-entry, Milling, Wellbore Cleaning, and related intervention services.

3. Technical Sales Manager/Engineer – Fishing
Salary: ₦900,000 – ₦1,100,000/month net
Drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, preparing technical proposals, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored fishing solutions to Exploration & Production companies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Technical Sales or Fishing Operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Fishing tools and services.
• Proven record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

4. Technical Sales Manager – Wireline
Salary: ₦1,100,000 – ₦1,300,000/month net
Lead business development initiatives for the Wireline Business Segment by identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, delivering technical sales solutions, and expanding market share across the Oil & Gas sector.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Wireline Services and Technical Sales.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

5. Welder Foreman
Salary: ₦450,000 – ₦600,000/month net
Supervise welding and fabrication activities while ensuring compliance with API, ASME, AWS, BSI, and company quality standards. The successful candidate will oversee workshop operations, mentor welders, enforce HSE compliance, and ensure efficient project execution.
Requirements
• SSCE or National Diploma with relevant technical qualifications.
• Valid Welding Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years' welding experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding processes, engineering drawings, and quality standards.
