This isn’t just a moral failure; it’s a perfectly functioning, warped incentive structure. As the book Broken But Not Bent states: "What a Society Rewards, It Encourages to Thrive." When theft guarantees ultimate power, we tell an entire generation that honest labor is a fool's errand.

Our finest minds are adapting to this perverted matrix. We watch brilliant minds trade textbooks for street corners or cyberfraud simply because institutional systems have abandoned them. The youth are not inherently broken; our national reward machine is.

To fix Nigeria, we must bypass this corrupt political class by deliberately designing new systems. Through #SPECProject Blueprint, decentralized ecosystems like Hopeville Hubs, and transparent trust layers, we can build a machine that finally rewards honest labor and collective equity
