Xenophobic Attacks: There's a Conspiracy of Silence by Successive South African Administrations - Erameh

The response to these attacks on foreign nationals by South Africans has been very disappointing. The response from the Nigerian government is a step in the right direction. The South African government’s failure to hold individuals accountable for the killings of Nigerians has forced Nigeria to take a stand against these acts. However, I don’t think it has reached the level where Nigeria would take South Africa to the International Court of Justice.
