Morka: Not Aware of Any APC Candidate Declared Winner Without Contesting Primaries

A primary election is a process, not an event. What takes place on election day is just one part of the process, which begins with the sale of forms. The appeals process is an integral part of the primary election process. It was not invented by the APC to cause mischief. The APC received over 720 petitions from contestants in the primary elections. I am not aware of any case where an individual who did not contest in the primary election was declared the winner through the appeals process.
